These terms are an agreement between you and Wardyr for use of the Wardyr service. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Wardyr records or authors browser journeys against a website you choose, replays them on demand or on a schedule, and reports the results, with optional AI assistance. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be able to enter a binding contract, and if you're signing up for an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
You may use Wardyr only against websites and applications you own or are authorised to test, and you're responsible for the journeys you run and anything they capture. Don't use Wardyr to attack, overload, scrape or probe systems you don't have permission to test.
If you save credentials so Wardyr can sign in to your app, you confirm you're entitled to use them for that purpose. We keep them encrypted and use them only to run your tests.
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, with optional extra seats and run packs. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and downgrading never deletes your data. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. If we change our prices, we'll tell you before a new price applies to an existing subscription.
The free Pro trial runs for 14 days, once per workspace, with no card required. When it ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe, and anything outside Free's limits (like frequent schedules) stops until you do.
You keep ownership of your test content. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Wardyr is provided "as is." It's a testing aid, not a guarantee that your site is free of bugs, and by design it never reports a real failure as a pass. You remain responsible for your own product's quality.
AI features are assistants, and what they produce (tests, suggested fixes, analyses) can be wrong. Wardyr marks AI-written steps for your review; check AI output before relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, Wardyr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using Wardyr at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be dealt with by the Australian courts.
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above, and if you keep using Wardyr after a change, you're accepting the updated terms.
